Synkwise Return Policy?
The Returns and Refunds Policy of Synkwise is as follows:
For cancellations, submit the request exclusively through email at support@synkwise.com. Refunds for digital product subscriptions can be requested within 7 days of the original purchase. A 5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Subscriptions with dormant or inactive status are not eligible for refunds. Any requests for cancellations or subscription downgrades will be processed immediately as per the date of the request. Retroactive requests related to previous dates for the purpose of securing a refund are not permissible. It is highly recommended to reach out to the support team before making decisions about cancellations or downgrades. At Synkwise, the utmost priority is to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
